So, I found out from Cassi's rescue that the other pup in the "cage photo" is not only alive and well, but she's been rehabbed at a special foster for super scared dogs for the last year. I’ve never felt so much relief. Her name is Niko, and she's actually not related to Cass; they're from separate shelters!
